Know how does JioTV+ work – Reliance Jio has announced the new platform Jio TV + for Jio set top box users at Reliance Industries’ 43rd AGM. Through Jio TV Plus, users of Jio Set top Box will be able to login once and use 12 Global OTT Apps . Changing the regular search, the company has announced voice search with Jio TV Plus, which means that by now speaking, they will be able to do some search on their TV.
The 12 OTT apps integrated in JioTV+ include Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, DisneyPlus Hotstar, Voot, Sony Leave, ZEE5, Lionsgate Play, Geo Cinema, Shimaro, Geosavan, YouTube and Eros Now. Overall, the Jio TV Plus platform is a single sign-in process.
The new JioTV+ single sign-in process will essentially make it easier for the consumer to login once for accessing OTT content, thus removing the need for different IDs for the respective OTT platform.

On Jio TV +, you will be able to search content by speaking in the name of an actor, in the name of a director, in the name of the film genre, in the name of a producer and according to your mood. Usually any smart TV or set top box has to sign in separately for different OTT apps but this will not happen with Jio TV Plus.
Through the JioTV+ platform, users will also be able to vote for their favorite actor or contestant in a reality show. The special thing is that the voting percentage will appear on your TV screen in real time. There will also be support for the Jio App Store in the Jio set top box.
Jio app store has many apps related to entertainment, news and health. Reliance Industries Chairman Mukesh Ambani has also invited developers to create apps for the Jio App Store. For this, the Jio Developers Program has also been launched.
